AlıPrivacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data the Alıver mobile app (the “App”) processes and why. The data controller is EdumaNetworks. Your rights are listed below.
Data we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and an irreversible hash of your password (the password itself is never stored).
- List content: the items, quantities, notes, shopping plans and reminders you add to your family’s list, and who did what with them.
- Family details: your family’s name, its members and who invited whom.
- Device details: your device’s notification key (push token) and platform (Android/iOS), so we can send notifications.
- Technical logs: server logs for security and troubleshooting (IP address, request time). These are kept for a short period.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos or advertising IDs. The App has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.
How we use your data
- To create your account, keep you signed in and reset your password,
- To sync your list with your family members’ devices,
- To send reminders and task notifications,
- To keep the service secure.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Your family members: your name and the list content you add are visible to members of the same family.
- Service providers: notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification Service, and emails through our email provider. They only receive what is needed for delivery.
- Authorities, where required by law.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our own servers. The connection between the App and the server is encrypted (HTTPS). Your data is kept while your account exists and is deleted as described below when you delete your account.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the App under Profile → Delete My Account. Details: Delete account.
Your rights
You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. To make a request: aliver@edumanetworks.com.
Children
The App is meant for family use; it is not intended for children under 13 to open their own accounts.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
