In the app (immediately)
- Open the Alıver app.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
- Tap Delete My Account at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your password and tap Delete Permanently.
Your account is deleted immediately; this cannot be undone.
If you can’t sign in
Send an email with the subject “Account deletion request” from the address registered to your account to aliver@edumanetworks.com. Your account will be deleted within 30 days and you will be notified.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and password hash,
- Your sessions and notification keys on all devices,
- Reminders and notification records addressed to you,
- If you are the only member of your family, the family’s whole list, history and plans.
What remains
If your family has other members, the shared list continues with them. Items you added stay on the family list, and your name appears as “Former member” on those records. If you founded the family, the oldest remaining member becomes the founder.
No separate backup or retention period is kept for your personal information.
